CosmoGlo operates this website. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CosmoGlo. CosmoGlo offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, visiting our site, and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service.” You agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the visit, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content, and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service; if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new products, services, features, or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. You are responsible for checking this page periodically for changes, and continued use of or access to the website after posting any changes constitutes binding acceptance.
By confirming your purchase and agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to our terms, conditions, policies, and warranties. It is solely your responsibility to review all information provided.
Taking orders outside the current shipping zones voids warranties and guarantees and violates our Terms of Service as agreed upon during checkout. Terms apply at all times. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Please allow extra shipping & handling time for locations outside the continental USA, including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Marina, and locations in the Caribbean Islands.
Duties/Taxes/Fees: Canada, UK, and the European Union pricing does include duties, taxes, and fees at checkout. For shipping outside of those locations and the USA: The purchaser will be responsible for shipping, duties, taxes, and fees associated with purchasing a USA product and shipping it to their desired location and address. This may result in additional charges outside of the purchase price of what the buyer pays on the CosmoGlo website, and you may receive a customs bill upon order arrival in your country.
Phone Support: We do not offer phone support because product support requests require troubleshooting, photos, and videos. We do our best to reply to all requests within 1-3 business days. You may contact us by Email at support@thecosmoglo.com, via support request on our Help Center, or by Instagram DM @thecosmoglolight for assistance.
Paying for Your Order
We’ll charge your payment method for an item upon purchase. For digital items, we’ll charge your payment method when you initiate the order of the product or when the product is placed in your account and available for use non-checkout. For special delivery items, we’ll charge your payment method upon placing the order.
There may be a time when the funds are held for authorization even though the charge did not go through. These pending charges should clear themselves in 1-5 business days. Please contact the bank or card company for more information if you do not see the fund returned. If you use third-party platforms to break down your payment into affordable payments, please contact that third-party payment center with questions about your billing. Payment is due at the time of purchase. This applies to pre-orders, orders in a delay, orders that do not have fulfillment dates, and orders that do not have tracking information available.
Order Confirmation
Our order confirmation to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. After receipt of your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. We may impose these limits on a per-person, per household, per order, or any other basis. If we reject, limit, or otherwise modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provide. If we cancel an order or part of an order that we’ve already charged you for, we’ll refund you the total amount of the canceled portion of the order. We reserve the right to cancel your order for fraud, wrongdoing, or scams. When your order is confirmed, it will receive an order number with a timestamp. This order number and time stamp will serve as your place in line as we work through any delays.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, CosmoGlo is not responsible for the package or for any delays in delivery. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Information on Our Site
We aim to be as accurate as possible with the information we present. We will make reasonable efforts to display the attributes of the products we sell accurately. We do not warrant product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Prices and promotions are subject to change and may vary from those offered in our stores. We can only confirm the availability or price of an item once you place your order. Items in our catalog may not be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be incorrectly priced. For any of these reasons, we may cancel your order or contact you for instructions on updating the order. We exercise our rights by updating our terms in real time and backed by accurate data, but they may not be transferred to the website in real time. We prioritize getting everyone's order shipped out as quickly as possible. In the event of supply chain struggles, shortages, and delays, we will update customers with the available information upon request. All the information we provide on our website is a loose description of what we know to be the current status. The current status can change at any time.
Discounts and Promotional Codes
CosmoGlo reserves the right to determine the eligibility and use of all discounts, coupon codes, and promotional offers. Discounts may not be combined or “stacked” unless explicitly stated.
During promotional events or price-slashed sales where discounts are already reflected on the website, additional coupon codes may be temporarily disabled. These codes are not lost—they remain valid until their published expiration date and may be used after the sale ends.
Once a promotional event has ended, we are not required to extend the sale, reinstate expired pricing, or apply a previous discount retroactively.
CosmoGlo is also not obligated to honor a future sale or price reduction on orders placed prior to the promotional period, especially once an order has shipped or been delivered.
If multiple discounts are applied in error, or if an order is placed using unauthorized stacked discounts, CosmoGlo may adjust or cancel the order at our discretion.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our site products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in using the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). We are not responsible for property damage or loss, injuries, or death caused by the misuse of our products. The consumer agrees to use our products as directed and takes full responsibility for the wrongful use or actions of our products. Consumers agree that they have read the safety policy to clean, use, or store our products correctly. We believe our product to be safe for the consumer if used correctly. Incorrect use or abusive use will result in the responsibility of the consumer. This applies to an item purchased, under warranty, returned, or exchanged.
SECTION 2 - PAYMENTS, TAXES, REFUNDS, FRAUD
Each Transaction is an electronic contract between you, CosmoGlo, and/or you and the entity providing the content on our Services. CosmoGlo will charge your selected payment method for any paid Transactions, including applicable taxes. All Transactions are finalized at the time of purchase.
FRAUD PREVENTION
CosmoGlo enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraud, abuse, and manipulation to safeguard its operations and customers. We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders, suspend payments, or deny refunds if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected. In such cases, CosmoGlo may cancel orders without prior notice, and any associated fees will be your responsibility.
Our fraud prevention team actively monitors, investigates, and addresses fraudulent behavior, including:
• Detecting and deterring suspicious activity.
• Reporting fraud to authorities and assisting in investigations.
• Recovering misappropriated assets.
If flagged, we may contact you for clarification or order verification. Unresolved communication or lack of response could lead to order cancellation. CosmoGlo will provide documentation and file appeals as necessary to uphold order integrity and comply with the law in case of a chargeback or bank dispute.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate or competitor-current. The end-user is responsible for staying informed of changes on our website, services, pricing, or as laid out in these Terms and Conditions.
We are not responsible for mistakes made during the placement of orders. Examples of errors include order names, billing addresses, shipping addresses, item color choice, quantity ordered, the addition or removal of package insurance, type of payment selected, or other mistakes made when an order is placed by an end-user.
We fulfill orders according to the provided information when an order is placed. If a mistake is made with an item already shipped, the responsibility falls on the one who purchased it to contact the carrier and request delivery changes. If there were multiple purchasers, the burden would sit in the customer's hands if the order was filled correctly according to the information given when it was placed.
Please notify us promptly of any errors so we can make the necessary corrections. If an item has already entered fulfillment, adjustments may take additional time. The responsibility for inaccurate fulfillment will rest with the purchaser who provided the details at the time of sale.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain products or services are available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns or exchanges are subject to our Return Policy. While we strive to accurately display product colors and images, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of color representation on your device.
We reserve the right but are not obligated to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products or services we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of CosmoGlo. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any assistance, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
If we exercise the warranty that comes with the product, we reserve the right to deny any claim. Damages due to improper use will not be covered. We reserve the right to replace the product with refurbished and discontinued parts if needed. We reserve the right to bring your product up to the standard that it currently is.
Actual products may vary due to product enhancement and illustration purposes and may not accurately represent the product. This includes color, weld finishes, metal detail, etc. Products and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Warranty does not transfer away from the original owner/NAME ON THE ORIGINAL SALE RECEIPT.

Please note: Sending or taking orders outside our approved shipping locations voids all warranties and guarantees. We are not able to offer support or replacement parts should anything happen.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order at our sole discretion. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account or credit card and charges using the same billing and shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and billing address/phone number provided when the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We are not responsible for your shipment getting lost or going to the wrong address if it ships to the address you entered when completing the online forms. This includes sending it to the wrong address, emitting suite or apartment number, or using incorrect information when you fill out the address.
We offer shipping assurance with ShipSafe during purchase. If you decide to decline the insurance, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packaging once the package has left our CosmoGlo facility. You must indicate that you understand and agree to these terms to complete a purchase.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor have any control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind or endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you are familiar with and opposite the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also offer new services and features through the website (including releasing new tools and resources). Such new features and services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
CosmoGlo discounts, promotions, discount codes, and specials will come directly from CosmoGlo. Please do not trust or use third-party coupon sites that claim to offer a CosmoGlo coupon, promo, or discount code. Before purchasing, you can always verify a unique promotion or discount code with CosmoGlo to eliminate fraud, confusion, and fake sites. We are not responsible for purchases made under the assumption of CosmoGlo advertising that is not valid, nor will we honor pricing, discounts, or specials from anyone other than CosmoGlo. Only one ProTeam code is permitted per order. Stacking multiple discounts is not guaranteed, and any order containing more than one discount code may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to purchasing or using goods, services, resources, content, or other transactions connected with third-party websites. Please review the third-party's policies and practices carefully and ensure you understand them before engaging in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.
