How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship in 1-3 business days, depending on location. Please visit our Shipping Policy for additional details, and visit our International Page if you're placing your order for delivery outside of the USA.

Each CosmoGlo Light ships individually in its own container and is considered a piece of furniture. For international shipments, please note the dimensions of our lights before confirming your order, as some Parcel Lockers and couriers may reject oversize packages. Accessories will always ship separately from CosmoGlo Lights.

Is there a wall or ceiling attachment or other types of bases?

What type of lighting does CosmoGlo provide, and what are its heat and brightness levels?

The LEDs used in all CosmoGlo Lights do not emit heat, even when set to the brightest settings. CosmoGlo LEDs provide fully adjustable, dimmable lighting, allowing you to choose settings from very dim to very bright, suitable for various services.  

  • Original Models: has one cool white tone.

  • XL Models: has three tones—cool white, warm tone, and natural daylight.

The brightness of CosmoGlo Lights ranges from 4,000 to 10,000 lumens, equivalent to approximately 60 to 90 LED watts. CRI ratings range from 82.4 to 86.1 depending on the selected LED tone. 


What are the dimensions / weight of the CosmoGlo and CosmoGloXL?

 CosmoGlo Original:

  • Adjustable height: 33 to 58 inches (84 to 147 cm)

  • Width (pole to halo edge): 32 inches (81 cm)

What is the difference between the CosmoGlo Original and the CosmoGloXL?

The CosmoGlo XL models have 3 main differences. The Xl features an extra-large base to support the additional 12 inches in height with a max height of 70 inches and offer tri-tone LEDs in 3 temperatures (warm, daylight, and cool)The XL was designed for services that require standing, full-body accessibility, frequent position changes around a treatment bed, and artists working with clients in recliner chairs or adjustable beds. 

CosmoGlo Original offers a single crisp white tone and a flat base extending to 58 inches. The original was designed for services performed on a flat message-style table, such as eyelash extensions, facials, nails, and esthetics.

Both models of CosmoGlo Lights will include our content clip for overhead filming - no need to purchase a clip separately!


Will the phone clip fit my phone?

 Our phone clip is sleek, custom-designed, and made for use with CosmoGlo lights. It is positioned at the top of the halo in the center, offering a bird' s-eye view of the client.

  • Dimensions: 4 in x 3 in / 10.16 cm x 7.62 cm

  • Compatibility: can secure most standard phones sizes

  • Includes: One metal clip, 2 security bands

Please keep in mind when purchasing that our clips are only compatible with CosmoGlo lights. Phone clips are included free with every light purchase. 


I am having a hard time assembling my light, can you help me?

How do I clean my CosmoGlo?

We recommend using lukewarm water with a drop of Dawn dish soap to clean your CosmoGlo. Make sure to dry the cleaned area completely. Another great solution is to cover your halo with a CosmoGlo Vinyl Accent oby protection parts of the light that are touched daily with a disposable barrier film. You can wipe your light down with a microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints or smudges. We do not recommend cleaning your CosmoGlo with harsh chemicals. Our lights are made from steel, and certain cleaning chemicals could damage metals.

Can I use it for my mobile services?

We do not recommend using CosmoGlo Light for mobile services. It’s designed to be stable and sturdy for a studio-type space. Each light weighs about 28 pounds, requires assembly, and is considered a piece of salon furniture. It is best to assemble it once and allow it to remain in your studio setting as fully assembled lighting equipment. Should you need to move spaces, you can disassemble the lights, and reassemble them in the new location. See our Assembly page to view our User Guide with assembly steps and troubleshooting.


My order says delivered, but I never received it?

CosmoGlo offers Route shipping insurance for coverage of shipping related losses. If you purchased Route package insurance at checkout, please see our Route information article for more info and steps on how to file a claim.

What do I do if my order is missing a part or incorrect?

Please refer to your User Guide (or download the PDF on our Assembly Page) for a detailed list of parts and go through the entire box once it has been delivered to ensure all items have arrived. If anything is missing or your order arrived not as expected, please contact support within 14 days of delivery.


What kind of warranty is included?

All CosmoGlo lights come with a 1 year Limited Warranty. New orders have the option to extend and expand their warranty coverage through CosmoGlo protection. If you experience issues with your CosmoGlo light, please contact support to start a warranty claim.

My 1-year manufacturer warranty has expired. Do I still have options?

Yes! We want our lights to keep shining bright! Even after the expiration of your 1-year limited manufacturer warranty, our customer service remains available, and we are more than willing to assist you with troubleshooting and customer support. Furthermore, we offer replacement parts at a discounted rate for out of warranty lights.

We also offer CosmoGlo Protection which is available for new orders. This monthly subscription or upfront yearly payment option comes with a range of benefits and perks. It serves as warranty extension, accidental coverage for your light, and includes free-of-charge replacements for small parts, free shipping for larger replacements, and low deductible fees.
