Is there a wall or ceiling attachment or other types of bases?
We do not offer any additional attachments or other bases. The CosmoGlo Light was designed with gravity and physics in mind for 360-degree movement of the lighted arc/halo and to gently glide away from clients. This is a heavier light and the flat base is what keeps the halo balanced.
What kind of lighting does it give? Is it hot? Whats the brightness?
The LEDs used in CosmoGlo Lights do not give off heat even while using the brightest settings. They offer a fully adjustable, crisp, cool white light ranging from very dim to very bright settings for services. Our XL models offer 3 tones; cool white, warm and day.
The brightness ranges from approx. 4,000-10,000 lumens, or about 60-90 LED watts.
What are the dimensions / weight of the CosmoGlo and CosmoGloXL?
The original CosmoGlo adjustable height ranges between around 33 and 58 inches tall. The light is about 32 inches at its widest point from the edge of the pole to the edge of the halo. The base measures 23 by 10 inches and stands less than an inch tall. Each original CosmoGlo weighs around 28 pounds.
The CosmoGloXL adjustable height ranges between around 45 to 70 inches tall. The XL is also 32 inches at its widest point from the edge of the pole to the edge of the halo. The base measures 23.5 by 12.5 inches tall and stands less than an inch tall. Each CosmoGloXL weighs around 31 pounds.
What is the difference between the CosmoGlo Original and the CosmoGloXL?
Besides the measurements of the lights, the difference between the two is the LED strips. The CosmoGloXL is currently the only light of the two that offers 3 tones of lighting. Warm glow, day glow and cool glow. The XL was created for services that require standing, full body accessibility, the need to constantly switch positions around a treatment bed and for artists who provide services in recliner chairs.
Will the phone clip fit my phone?
The phone clip is 4"x 3" and can hold most phone sizes.
Our phone clip is a sleek, custom design made for use with CosmoGlo lights. Please keep in mind when purchasing that our clips will not fit other lights of similar or different design!

How do I clean my CosmoGlo?
We do not recommend cleaning your CosmoGlo with harsh chemicals. Our lights are made from steel and metals could be damaged by using certain cleaning chemicals. We recommend using lukewarm water with a drop of Dawn dish soap. Make sure to completely dry the cleaned area. Another great solution is to cover your halo or locations of the light that are touched daily with disposable barrier film and wiping your light down with microfiber cloth for fingerprints or smudges. Can I use it for my mobile services?
Who is responsible for the duties and fees?
Purchaser will be responsible for shipping, duties, taxes, and fees associated with purchasing a USA product and shipping it to their desired location and address. This may result in additional charges outside of the purchase price of what the buyer pays on the CosmoGlo website, and you may receive a customs bill upon order arrival to your country. Canada, UK, and Poland order pricing does include duties, taxes, and fees at checkout.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
We do offer 10% off your entire purchase of 6 lights or more. This is applied automatically at checkout. Orders of 6+ are eligible for the 10% discount when placed at the same time, on a single order, using one method of payment, and all delivered to one address.

Can I change my Shipping Name/Address after Ordering?
Please reach out to us directly with any changes to upcoming orders by sending a request on our Contact page. This includes the need or want to change the color of the light that you originally ordered. Once an item has shipped, we are unable to change the color, address or name to your order.
My order says delivered, but I never received it?
CosmoGlo assumes no liability for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been collected by the carrier. For detailed information regarding our shipping policies, please review our dedicated shipping policy section.
We do provide an optional shipping insurance service called Route, which you can include in your order before finalizing your purchase. We strongly recommend adding Route to all your packages to guarantee their safe delivery. In case insured packages are not received as intended, we suggest contacting our Package Protection partner, Route, for assistance. Instructions on how to file a claim with Route can be found below.

What do I do if I am missing a part once my order arrived?
Please go through your entire box once it has been delivered to ensure all items have arrived. You have 14 days after your order has been delivered to report to our customer service team that an item was not delivered with your order. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Does the CosmoGlo have a warranty?
Yes - All orders come with a 1 year Limited Warranty.
To request warranty work, please contact us with your Name, Order #, and/or email address and details on the issue you are having. We appreciate all feedback during our launch phase which allows close attention to our product as we grow. 🙏😊
Is there a return process?
Yes - Please see our Return Policy
All returns must be shipped in their original packaging to keep the light safe. Please do not throw away your box until after you are beyond our 30-day return window and have decided to keep your light - replacement packaging is sent at your own cost.
I am having a hard time assembling my light, can you help me?

My 1-year manufacturer warranty has expired. Do I still have options?
Even after the expiration of your 1-year limited manufacturer warranty, our customer service remains available, and we are more than willing to assist you with troubleshooting and customer support. Furthermore, we offer the option to purchase replacement parts at a discounted rate once your 1-year warranty has lapsed.
We're excited to introduce the new CosmoGlo Protection subscription, which is now available for new orders. This monthly subscription comes with a range of benefits and perks that are valid as long as you maintain your subscription. It serves as a form of accidental coverage for your light and includes free-of-charge replacements for small parts as well as free shipping for larger replacements with low deductible fees. This protection plan is only offered for orders placed on and after May 1st, 2023.
