What’s Covered:
✅ Lost Packages

No delivery within 7 days (US) or 14 days (International) of the last tracking update

No delivery within 48 hours of the carrier's estimated delivery date

Missing items from an order shipped in multiple packages

Delivered to the wrong address (if the correct shipping address was provided)
✅ Stolen Packages

Marked "delivered" but not received (claims accepted between 5 and 14 days after delivery)
✅ Damaged Items

Item arrives damaged and unusable

Photo or video proof is required

No return needed unless requested
What’s Not Covered:
❌ Delays with expedited shipping
❌ Incorrect address provided by the customer
❌ Packages marked "Return to Sender" or refused at delivery
❌ Customs issues, seizures, or fees
❌ Items seized as contraband
❌ Pre-shipment or unfulfilled orders
❌ Product dissatisfaction or defects (handled by CosmoGlo Support)
❌ Returns or exchanges (handled separately by CosmoGlo Support)
Claim Deadlines
🕥 Lost Packages: File within 14 days of the last tracking update
🕥 Stolen or Damaged Packages: File within 14 days of delivery
🕥 For stolen packages, wait at least 5 days but no more than 14 days after marked delivery to file a claim
Additional Details
⭐️ High-value claims may require notarized incident verification
⭐️ Out-of-stock or custom items may be refunded instead of replaced
⭐️ We reserve the right to issue a refund instead of a replacement for certain situations
