CosmoGlo Protection is subscription-based monthly coverage designed to provide protection for your CosmoGlo light in case of accidental damages not covered by your warranty, supporting part replacements, and covers you for most issues after warranty expiration. You'll have peace of mind on your purchase with quick solutions, a dedicated care team, and priority shipping along with exclusive perks and loyalty discounts. 

BILLING

Each light can be protected with a $6.99 monthly subscription. So for 23 cents a day, you'll have peace of mind knowing you'll get fast, worry-free customer service care and easy replacement options with priority shipping. You can protect every new light you buy over time with one simple monthly payment. For example, if you have 3 lights you'll have 3 protection subscriptions and will be billed one time monthly for $20.97.  Recurring subscriptions are billed on the same day each month for your convenience so you’ll never miss a payment, and can keep your coverage up to date in case of accident or warranty expiration.  If you want to pay on a different day, we can set it up to come out of your account on the day of your choice for future payments.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 1-YEAR MANUFACTURING WARRANTY AND COSMOGLO PROTECTION COVERAGE?

Our 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty specifically applies to defects that were already present at the time of purchase, as well as any manufacturing defects that may arise within the first year after delivery. In contrast, CosmoGlo Protection covers everything the warranty does, in addition to priority shipping for replacements, minor part replacements, large part replacements (low deductible may apply), accidental and cosmetic damage, and exclusive VIP membership perks.

I already have a CosmoGlo Light. Am I eligible for Protection?

Lights from orders placed from 5/1/23 - 11/3/23 are eligible. Simply purchase CosmoGlo Protection and include the original order number in the notes at checkout. Be sure to adjust the quantity to correspond to the number of lights in the order.

All orders placed before 5/1/23 are not eligible for CosmoGlo Protection. Please contact customer support for more options.

CosmoGlo Protection provides coverage for issues and damages that are not covered by the 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty and protects you for most issues even after your warranty expires. 

  • Protection claims can include accidents, cosmetic damages, mechanical or electrical issues that arise after warranty expiration, and replacement supporting parts like rubber feet and phone clip bands during active coverage.

You will receive reliable customer support and prioritized solutions with fast service, so you can offer the best services to your clients by saving yourself time and money over time. You'll also get exclusive perks like the option to trade in your light after a period of time, an extended return window, and exclusive loyalty discounts. 

How does the 90-day return/exchange window work?

If your light doesn't meet your needs you'll have the flexibility to return within an extended 90-day window, compared to the standard 30-day period.  Additionally, you'll have the option to swap your light for a different color or model during this 90-day return/exchange window by paying the upgrade fee and shipping. 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? HOW AM I CHARGED?

Protection is billed monthly at $6.99 per light. For only 23 cents a day, you'll have peace of mind knowing you'll get fast, worry-free customer service and speedy resolutions for any issues that arise. Recurring subscriptions are billed on the same day each month so you’ll never miss a payment. For your convenience, you can update or change your billing date from the customer portal.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES?

A deductible may apply for large part replacements. Deductibles are calculated based on number of previous claims and shipping rates.

For trade-ins, exchanges, and returns, you will be responsible for shipping charges.

IS IT REFUNDABLE AND HOW CAN I CANCEL IF I AM NO LONGER IN NEED OF COVERAGE?

While refunds are not available for CosmoGlo protection, you can choose to keep or cancel at any time by logging into your subscription portal. In the event of a subscription cancellation, coverage will continue until the end of the ongoing billing cycle, approximately 30 days from your last recurring charge date.  If you want to renew your coverage, you can email us and we'll get you caught up for the time that's passed and ensure you're fully protected for the future!
